I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sun World International (Bakersfield, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Extensive interview process, brought into the application by an external recruiter. 3+ zoom interviews, and entire day on site for the final round which includes preparing and presenting an hour long presentation. Got mislead by the company by setting up a final zoom interview with the CEO, which they then cancelled and never rescheduled, and I never received a response. The recruiter informed me that the company selected another candidate, three weeks after the onsite interview. Disappointed to not receive decent treatment after investing many, many hours into interviewing and being recruited to apply. Pleasant in person interactions, but ultimately very bitter ending with no feedback as to why I wasn't selected after getting very positive feedback after every interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sun World International (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Hour long interview with supervisor and with other members of the department team. Did not feel it was a hard interview process to abide by. The questions were based on Smart approach to interviewing and I felt prepared for all that was asked
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Sun World International in Sep 2009
Interview
3 interviews during 2 different visits. Whole process was a bit drawn out as it took about 7 weeks for them to make a decision. My questions about the job were answered during the interview but were not exactly accurate.
