      The horticulture industry is a special place where individuals can share their love for all things green with their colleagues and customers. Some organizations, however, you can’t help but notice their blatant hiring practices based on certain characteristics. All white male sales team regardless of qualifications. Could it be a mere coincidence that this has been the case for as long as photographic evidence portrays? Perhaps. Is this unique in the industry? Not quite, but there are certainly key players who can’t scream it any louder and should be called to attention.
