The interview was very pleasant, I talked with Tim (Chief Pilot) about the job and what my experience was. Tim took me around the facility and introduced me to a few key people along the way and told me about the different aspects of the operation. I sat with the owner for a while and talked to him while he asked questions to get to know me. After the interview, Tim took me to lunch and we talked a bit more informally about the job, company, and life.
