Interview
The interview process was smooth, starting with an introductory interview before a teach back or mock lesson, finishing up with some training. The whole process took a month and they made sure to pay potential employees for their training.
The hiring process included taking a practice test and also going through trainings for learning the content of the tests and how to tutor. You would also go through the books that you use for tutoring.

First a brief behavioral interview with an administrator, asking about yourself and your interest, and then a second round teaching demonstration and interview with experienced tutor-manager, going over several picked SAT problems.
