I was called in and taken to what I believe was a conference room. On the way through you walk past all the current Sales members. A bit of a different tactic then normal.

Phone interview and then separate interviews with Director of Supply Chain, Management, and both owners of the company.Everyone was very friendly and it fell more like just a conversation instead of an interview.

The interview went really well and I thought that I would get it. They hired someone else with more experience but the girl I interviewed with recommended me for another position. I interviewed with 3 different people for the Key Accounts Administrator position and they were all very friendly and welcoming. I was hired for the position and enjoy working here very much.
