Interview
I applied online and received a message for an interview the following week. The interview was fairly short, she asked me where I went to uni and what was my availability. She then explained the training process and a bit about what the job is and how it works.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
