Short face to face is best.i told her that I'm a hard worker and always on time very dependable person who you can count on.i do my best at all jobs I'm experience at and asked to do.i M always early .I always cover for others.i also work eight to ten days in a row because we are short staffed.sometimes all day . because manager don't want too.
Easy and nice to talk too. General convention about previous experience and understanding of the role. Nice and friendly to talk too and ask questions. Took around half an hour and very informal

Hiring and store manager was understanding about my situations and saw value in my experience. And also was willing to train me up to be a team leader within one year.

Tell me about how you deal with high pressured situations
Not that many long and simple questions, and really nice staff doing the interviews. I only really talked through what I would be doing as a team leader, and I got the job really quickly.
