Interview
Found information online, called the number and requested an application. Received an application packet in the mail. Completed paperwork for a background check and submitted a money order for fees requested. After completing paperwork, including background checks, I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks then received a letter in the mail, welcoming onboard.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SubTeach USA (Russellville, AR) in May 2017
Interview
I saw that they were having a training session in the town over from me so i showed up. I didn't need to let them know I would be coming, they gave me a packet to fill out while i was there. The training lasted for 3 hours. Afterward I paid for a background check and they scanned my fingerprint. The only thing i had to do after that was open a bank account and turn in a few more papers. They also got a copy of my license and SSN. I received a letter in the mail informing me I got the job about a month later.
