Interview
There isn't much of a process here - you apply online at their website and wait to hear back. They accept your application via email, then request that you edit and then write a short lesson piece.
Completed the application on the website which included a question set to complete. I received an offer via email 6 days later. The offer was for $15 per hour. I asked if this was negotiable, was told it was not, I declined the offer.
