Interview process was decent. Did an interview with the department head, then a member of upper management with the department manager. Questions were straight forward but oddly focused at times on weaknesses at times. Interviews were 30 minutes to an hour which was nice. If they decide you aren't right for the position though they'll just ghost you or flat out ignore you. So if they tell you a few weeks and you don't hear anything just move on. Also salary was never posted or discussed.
