I applied online. I received an email from HR regarding a phone interview. I also received emails regarding in person interview at Houston office. I had two phone interviews and an in person interview before hired. Online Testing also required before hiring.

Since I was still living in another city I was able to do my "in person" interview via Skype which was kind of scary but much more relaxed since I was at home. The phone interview was with Anitra and she's great, very easy to talk to and honest! The Skype interview was with Travis. He seemed really straightforward but happy. At the end of the Skype interview I was offered a job.

It was a long process, and when the last interview came about the gentleman had no idea where my resume was. Luckily I brought an extra copy. Plus he have off this annoyed vibe. He arrived late, and wanted to have me fill out another application.
