First meeting with HR, second meeting with leader of the team. It was a standard interview, but I did not like the fact that the person who was interviewing me criticize how things were done in the job I was at the moment. It's ok that you have a different approach, but it does not seem fair criticizing that I did my job bad, just because it wasn't the same way of thinking there.
