I interviewed at Stress-Free Auto Care (Concord, CA)
Interview
The interview process was unorganized and excessive for a generic role, involving a two-hour assessment and three interviews. The second interview was difficult due to poor communication. Overall, the role felt far more focused on sales and upselling than on operations or management
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were mostly not relatable to the actual position, so it was confusing as to what they’re looking for. Too many red flags with this company

Quite easy, speak with recruitment in the phone, meet with a regional and they give a decision! Very professional and accommodating! Application was through indeed, all other communication was through call and text.
