General competency questions. Some really interesting questions that I had never been asked before in an interview setting. Examples below:- 1. What do you need from a business and a team, in order for you to perform at your best. 2. If we were to offer you the role today, would you accept? The above questions seem obvious but interestingly I had never been asked them in an interview. Very refreshing interview process.
