Overall not too difficult! The first round was pretty brief, with basic questions about your experience and a general overview of the business. The second round was a bit more difficult, with more challenging questions. I found this very beneficial, as I got to see the events they run for their clients first hand. The third and final round was kind of a recap of the first two interviews, making sure you completely understood the business and the position you were being hired for. I found that kind of refreshing.

This company is only interested in sales people. Every position they post on LinkedIn, Indeed or any other job website is a lie. I applied for a PR Assistant position with Streamlined Solutions and was immediately directed into a conversation about doing a 6 to 9 month “training” program before I would move into a “management” position. Overall, if you’re not looking for a sales job don’t go to the interview. It is a waste of time, especially if you’re driving from outside the Richmond area.
