Interview
I was referred by my real estate finance professor for this part time internship. Interviewed with the VP in the Atlanta branch and then a couple months later with the managing partner. Both interviews were fairly normal. They expected you to know why you wanted to work there and they wanted to hear a lot of questions. Both interviewers were optimistic and friendly.

Interview
Initial interview is with an HR Representative where they ask about your background. Very basic.
Second interview was a bit “off-putting”. Began with two gentlemen joining the call, one of them asking, “Uh (name of director) do you have this one?” and the other person on the call responding, “Yea, I guess I’ll do it”.

Phone call with a hiring manager. I was referred and was seeking an entry level position. She said they all ready hired new people but to stay in touch as something can change. They hire for I try level positions in May.

Conversations with a lot of people on the team and getting to know everyone. Then I went to the office for an in person interview and talked with more members of the team to see if I would be a good fit.
