An inquisition. Rapid fire questions under tremendous pressure while being made to sit in the most uncomfortable, beat up chair ever! The interviewer did not make the interview comfortable at all. It did not help that I disagreed with most of the research findings that they published on water diplomacy...thought it was a simplistic analysis without taking into consideration technological developments.
