Stratco interview questions

In-person at company HQ in Cavan with costing team lead and CFO. Mixture of past experience and behavior based questions. Allowed time for flipped table and interviewee to ask questions about the organization.

Total 2 interviews, which might take a month: 1st interview with the store manager. Takes about 20 mins. Once they approved, you will get 2nd interview 2nd interview with the QLD manager, generally a Zoom/Google meeting. Takes about 20 mins. Wait for the results after both interviews I got rejected emails from both interviews. But they were short of staff and just offered me a job after 3 weeks.
