There was three of us. We talked about ourselves. We then had to eat something off the menu and describe it to the manager, as if they were a customer. We then, as a group, had to do a presentation. In the end, we talked more about the job and then they showed us around the restaurant.

I did a three hour trial shift in their Portsmouth restaurant. I was given a VERY brief education with regards to how it worked and where things were before being sent to front of house, dealing with customers and handling their orders and food.
