As part of the interview process, I was asked to share internal HR materials I had created in previous roles. After the meeting, I was informed these would be shown to someone else in the company. I was later told I was not selected for the role, and there was no follow-up regarding the materials. Job seekers should be careful when asked to provide work samples, especially internal documentation, unless there’s a clear agreement in place.
