Phone interview with HR director. She was very friendly and open. No behavioral questions as I suspected there would be. She asked a few questions about my qualifications and then scheduled a face to face interview for the next day. I interviewed with her at which time she asked me some of the behavioral questions I anticipated the day before. However she was very easy to talk to, seemed very approachable. Next I interviewed with a senior member of the operations team. He asked specific questions related to my past experience and asked how I would apply that to this job. He also asked for some personal background which hardly ever happens in an interview and was quite a welcome change. He also was very easy to talk to, very friendly.
