Very straight forward. They ask a few questions to get to know you and your prior experience. They also ask about your availability and how soon you would be able to start.

What is your availability and can you work weekends?
Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
Relatively easy, hired on spot. You are asked about your availability and what shifts you can work, what is your weekend availability like. Have you held a job before etc
They asked availability and if I’d be willing to start as soon as possible. I was hired for online shopper and sometimes helped cashier. Also had to submit a background check
