My interview process was super efficient- it took about a week and a half. I met with coordinators, HR, and senior leadership. They asked background questions about my work experience and also asked me to explain my mission as a professional. I felt like all of my questions were answered and I was also challenged to think outside of the box. I could tell they were evaluating me as a professional and a cultural fit.
