Interview
The interview process begins with the first round with hiring manager and some peers, it was on-site in their Tower Bridge office. After passing the first round, you will be given a take home trial project and you need to present your findings in the second round interview. In the second round, you will present your findings in front of the hiring manager and some of the peers of the SEO team. After that, they will ask SEO questions, mostly technical questions rather than cultural or strategic.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at StoneX in Sep 2025
Interview
4 rounds, including a practical test.
Interview process over 3 months.
Process felt disorganized and unprofessional at times - Lack of communication between rounds, hiring managers not knowing they had an interview scheduled or showing up late.
Reached 4th interview round, after 3 months.....then ghosted.
Total waste of time!

Interview
Their careers website was easy to navigate and get around, so the application process was quick and easy to complete.
My application fell into a black hole for over two months, and the resourcing team suddenly came to life when their recruitment system triggered an alert that an agency has put me up for the same role.
I had a first-stage interview with the hiring manager, his manner was very cold and direct and there was no effort to build a rapport.
I was asked solely competency and situational based questions, with no interest in me or my background.
A rather odd experience really, and not something I had encountered before.

Only competency and situational questions were asked.
