After I have applied for the post ages ago, the recruiter called me to arrange a online interview with the manager. Casual talking for more than half an hour. Later that day the recruiter called me saying the manager really likes me and emphasised the comments were written in black and white. He said they will proceed everything soon. I haven't got any feedback from anyone- no calls, no emails. I found out I couldn't get the offer by checking my application status on the StoneX website, 3 weeks after the interview. I will avoid this company whose employees are untrustworthy, unprofessional and lack of sense of responsibility.

Initial recorded interview followed by interview with two staff members over Zoom. Offer was made to me following second interview. Some discussion of resume but overall more discussion about fit and quantitative component of the role
