      Property Manager Interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at StoneCreek (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2021

      Interview

I was actually at the end of my lengthy job search and felt very comfortable with the decision I had made, when I received an email from StoneCreek wanting to discuss available positions. It was a simple email, to the point, but something about it caught my attention. I had been bombarded by literally hundreds of requests from recruiters and HR specialists over months, and none of them ever came across as real people like this email did. So, I did some research, checked out StoneCreek, and decided to respond. That's when everything changed. The call happened that day, late on a Friday afternoon. What was so striking to me, was the enthusiasm. I was speaking with the Director of Operations, who made her decade or so of "work" with the company, distinctively not sound not like "work" at all. Her passion for StoneCreek, and all those that comprise it, made me rethink my entire decision to go with another company. And, this was a huge decision for me. I was not just looking for a job; I was looking for my forever job. That one phone call finally gave me the feeling I was looking for. Thankfully, StoneCreek also felt I was a good fit. so I proceeded to the next step, an in-person interview. I found the Regional Director to be just as passionate, devoted, and deeply thoughtful about StoneCreek and his tenure there as was my first interviewer. He was very easy for me to connect with, and I felt that our learning styles and motivations were very similar. I truly felt that this was the type of leader I could learn a lot from, and that he and the company were very supportive of creating an atmosphere of allowing their employees to grow and prosper. Obviously, I was extremely impressed by StoneCreek in the interview process. And, having had more interaction with them, including onboarding, training, and getting to know employees across all levels, I am yet to be let down by anyone at StoneCreek. Everyone has been very welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their positions. Other interview processes included skills, knowledge, and personality assessments; background check, and drug test.
