Interview
Interview was casual and relaxed. I met personally with the owner and a branch manager who was looking for relief from the day to day stresses of operating a scaffold yard. The job requires an organized business minded individual as you will be making business decisions on your own or without the assistance from corporate up to a certain extent. Had dinner as we discussed expectations and responsibilities.
