Stone Harbor Investment Partners interview questions

3-5 different interviews. Mostly fit-based and questions about resume and experience. Met with different groups and they wanted likable, genuine people who were eager to gain experience. Stone Harbor is in growth mode and they want to see an entrepreneurial spirit from you.

Essentially a superday of fit interviews. Met with several different members of the senior management team who asked questions ranging from academic and professional interests to resume specific inquiries. Interview lasted about 4 hours and they were very accommodating to my travel plans
