The experience was a typical personality and fit oriented law firm interview. It was pleasant, the interviewers were nice, the offices were normal, and there was nothing out of the ordinary to report.

Positive experience, first was a screening interview, then multiple back-to-back interviews. Pleasant interviewers. Only issue, the position announcement promoted working from a number of firm locations, but not working from Seattle was an issue.

Interview
I responded to a public posting, was contacted almost immediately by the office manager, and was scheduled for an interview for around 3 weeks later. The interview consisted of 20-minute meetings with all the attorneys in the department, as well as a lunch with two of the more junior attorneys. Everyone was friendly and seemed like they would be easy to work with.
