It's not often I post a positive review for interviews, but I feel that Stitch Fix really gave me a positive impression of their hiring practices as I interviewed.
I apply online with a referral, and was quickly scheduled to do an intro call. I moved onto the SQL assessment, which went well and they scheduled my final panel of interviews the same day. I do the panels, my only nitpicky gripe here was that I felt they were a bit surface level due to them being only 30 minutes each. While I appreciate keeping a process brief enough, there were a couple folks I wish I had more time with to make a better impression but again, very nitpicky here.
The whole time they clearly communicated next steps and when a decision would be reached. I think what sealed the deal for me was that the recruiter scheduled a final call with me to deliver feedback and not some copy and paste rejection from their ATS. To me, that showed they really give a damn about making a good impression with candidates and are courteous with your time.
Shoutout to the recruiters for being on top of their game, it's rare to come across a company these days that takes recruiting this seriously.
