I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Application process took several weeks which can make you anxious, but they are very organized and won't interview/hire until they are properly set up to do so. First step was an online application through Zip Recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with two lead stylists. From what I know & experienced, they do interview a lot of people over the course of 1-2 days, so don't be surprised - or intimidated - if you see lots of other applicants. Offer was extended about a week or so after the interview.

Question 1
How & for whom (body type, age, etc) you would style these three pieces of clothing?
The process was seamless and pretty easy. Just have a passion for fashion and a great attitude. Everyone was super friendly! If you love fashion, this might be the job for you.
The interview took place via Zoom and was quick and easy with a local Lead Stylist. It was very straightforward and fine. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received my offer quickly and accepted.

Interview
I received an email about a week after applying to do a styling activity, about a week after that was submitted I was emailed again to set up a virtual interview. The interview went well, a lot of “tell me a time when” questions.
