After the initial online application, they invite you to style 4 specific clients and also write Fix notes to the clients. If you are invited to the next stage, you must create 2 Pinterest boards and Fix notes for another 2 clients. Then you have a virtual online interview for a (long) hour, where you are asked multiple questions about your Pinterest activity, in addition to other questions.

What are the challenges of working from home? How did you overcome a criticism at work? How did you hear of this position? How would you describe our company to someone who knew nothing about it? How would you style this body shape (multiple types)- clothing and fabric? For ex. busty, then "what if she were comfortable with her curves, put together an entire outfit". What challenges would this body shape present (multiple types)? How would you schedule your work hours? What would you do if you could not complete a task? What was the springboard idea for your Pinterest task? Did you have enough clothing to choose from for your task? Do you have any questions about the company?
