It was a simple, 30 to 45 minutes interview about my past experiences, resume overview etc. They explained the perks and health plans offered as well. The employees were very nice and welcoming
I applied through university. I interviewed at Stingray in Oct 2021
Interview
Friendly and conversational, talking about different aspects of the job, answering any of my questions, giving me a code test to complete. Open minded and non-stressful conversation, feels like a well connected team and work environnement
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stingray (Montreal, QC)
Interview
the HR contacted me by email to set an onsite interview. the interview at Stingray was technical. they asked mainly about my experience and the technologies I've worked with. The interview questions were not deep. the interviewers were pleasant and friendly. I've had two interviews with them for two different position one for Java developer and the other one for a devOps position. After two weeks I got refused because they needed a senior experience for their projects.
What I didn't like is that knowing I am junior developer why would they contact if they need senior experience.
