Interview
Due to one owner's connections with University of Pretoria, they have access to graduates. Also word of mouth from current employees. Ability of candidate to adapt to the working conditions on a plot, relatively far from town, ie in social isolation, is most important. Basic BSc degree sufficient, most training during work.

Applicant need basic BSc degree with working knowledge of microbiology. Laboratory skills not essential, must be dexterous.
