I had an interview with Carl R. in early April of this year. I thought the interview went well. I answered all of the questions thoroughly and Carl seemed quite impressed with my skill set and background. After not hearing anything for over a week, I emailed him to check in and see if there was any feedback. Another week went by and still, no word. I then messaged him on LinkedIn and still haven't heard back. Unfortunately, I was ghosted and, to be honest, I was very surprised as the interview went well. As recruiters, it's imperative that you follow up with your candidates in a timely fashion. Please do better, StevenDouglas.
