Very casual. First round was a 15 minute conversation about my past experience. I had no experience in the industry. Owner was supposed to interview me for second round but never showed up to the Zoom call. This was during Covid, so that may have been why.

Intro call and then a mock sales call. If proper prep is done for mock sales call then it is pretty straightforward. Interviewers we’re really honest and nice guys. There seems to be a strong emphasis on honesty and transparency.
