Sterling Automotive Group interview questions

Interview was standard, not super formal, staff was extremely nice, very comfortable and easy going. I had a phone interview to start, then an in person at one of their dealerships.

It was a great experience. The interview manager was very friendly and informative. Management seems to care about their employees and more importantly the customer. All in all it seems to be a solid company with strong morals and values.
