Personal. Thorough. It was so long ago the details are fuzzy. There was a test that took up most of the time. Was conducted in a hotel lobby due to the interviewer being from out of town.

Interview
The phone interview was comprehensive. They asked Behavioural and job history questions. They asked what I did in my previous jobs. How I tackled challenges and difficult situations, and why I left those jobs.

Question 1
Do you see people breaking food safety standards in the restaurants where you work? And do you address them?
The process consisted of a phone and face to face interview. At the face to face interview, a personality test is administered. The process was relatively easy and the interviewer made me comfortable.
