It was a one-to-one interview with a partner, consisting of a balanced mix of competency-based and motivational questions. Overall, the format felt fairly standardised and followed the kind of structure I had anticipated in advance. The questions focused on familiar areas such as my previous experiences, reasons for applying, understanding of the role, and how I had demonstrated particular skills in past situations. Nothing was especially unexpected or designed to catch me off guard, which allowed the conversation to flow quite naturally.
