The hiring manager scheduled a 15 minute interview and was 14 minutes late. She asked a lot of questions related to the position and the interview went well. She gave me an emailed assignment to redo a slide deck of approx. 20 slides, write a paragraph on how I would integrate AI into the curriculum, and draft an instructor lesson plan to submit in 24 hours. I'm not sure what she was looking for since I got an email a week later that I was not selected. Maybe this is one of those companies trying to steal creative ideas with no intention to hire.
