I applied through Handshake and got the first round phone screening. I was having the call with a analyst on their real estate team.
Did not get invite to their office.

Walk thought resume; why real estate? fit questions
2 interviews with two different people on team. Make sure you have a good understanding of their venture activities: i.e. fund of funds, secondaries, and co-investments. It is not a direct investment venture capital firm.
Straight forward, show interest in VC, show interest in Baltimore for long-term, be yourself. It was 2 rounds I think (I interviewed 2 years ago so can't remember that well)

Easy asked behavioral questions. nothing really too nuanced just wanted to know why Baltimore and why venture capital. They don't really get technical probably good to know they're platform and how they make money.
