El proceso duró tres semanas, apliqué via linkedin y recibí llamada de RH. Posteriormente tuve una entrevista con los ingenieros del equipo de transmisiones donde me hicieron preguntas sobre experiencia y situacionales, al final preguntas técnicas en inglés.

How the torque is transfered? Formula of the power and torque? Explain what is a Continuosly Variable transmission How does the differential of a vehicle works? Explain how planetary gears work and distribution of axial forces.
I went through three different interviews with multiple managers. All were the STAR method. They did ask technical questions however majority were behavioral. Overall, I did have a good experience and they gave me an offer.

4 interviews process: Fisrt was a phone interview with the HR team. Second was with the Tech Manager for the team. Third was with the Team Lead on the department. Forth was with the Global Manager The offer process took about 3-4 months.
