for fresher, usual drill's on Aptitude, Group discussion, Technical interview & personal interview. Aptitude covers quantitative, logical reasoning, Verbal ability, Pattern recognition, Time & work, Reading comprehension. Interview process filtration was moderate.

They taking Engineering Graduate as GET in the name of team lease or Neem schemes it's almost like contract but they just keeping this interview for namesake. they also took more than an 4 hrs for only for correcting aptitude questions.
