The hiring process consists of two interviews. The first interview is with the recruiter. Assuming the first round is passed, the second interview will be with the department manager for the position that was applied for. If the second round is passed, one of the department managers will call to offer the position. From that point on, once accepted, there will be background checks. There are no drug tests for regular employees. Only for corporate employees. Drug tests are administered to regular employees only upon suspicion, or sub-par work behavior/performance. Finally, there is an all-day, paid training for all employees, regardless of department, introducing the culture of Station Casinos.
