An email was sent telling the date and time of the interview. There was a 3 person panel asking a list of standardized questions without much chit chat or getting to know each other.

Interview
The interview process is a very drawn out one. It takes a long time to hear back. Salary negotiations are futile. Don't try. For the most part, upper management is competent, but the interview process is pretty rigid and doesn't allow for management to run the show.
