Org provides questions 24 hours in advance. Tacitly allowed to review notes during interview. Typically a screening interview followed by 2 panel interviews. Fairly standard questions, always including at least one equity question.

Very routine. Provided questions before interview. The questions were very very easy. there were about 20 questions and each person asked a question. I think it went really well and was easy to follow.

Applied in May but didn't get an interview until July. It has been almost three weeks since the interview and I have not heard anything. No email. No call. Nothing.
I felt like I interviewed well. In fact, I enjoyed the panel of 3 people who interviewed me and felt very confident about how I answered the questions.
