Interview
The interview consisted of two supervisors who asked a series of nine questions. They seemed friendly and allowed time after for me to ask questions. Overall it was a good experience.
Panel interview with 3 people asking from a list of preselected questions. They all took turns asking different questions. There was time for Q&A. It was a mix of basic questions about qualifications, specific questions about the industry, and situational/behavioral questions.

An introductory interview with more junior staff. Normal questions. Seemed like a test of competence and culture. Then with the most senior official. This was one on one and a more intense scrutiny of my previous work.
