1st process I interviewed with: Recruiter, Team, Person I was to replace, Manager. Then came in for background and fingerprinting, then completed a 1:1, 90minute job shadow and finally all of my references were called. No job offer. 2nd process different position interviewed with Recruiter, moved forward to team interview but they wanted me to create and present a 3-5 minute intro detailing who I am. Really? Who has time for that when you are applying and interviewing for SO MANY jobs, only to be declined an offer. what a waste of my time.
