There were two rounds of in person meetings with different groups of people that I would interact with regularly. I was asked questions that ,ranged from situational responses to technical experience and expertise.

Interview
What is most important is that during your application process on WorkPlace Alaska, you must address every point. Otherwise, the imployer never sees you application. Try to do so susinctly, for example bullet by bullet, in the same order that job requirements are listed, and using very similar verbage, so it is easy to scan and show you hit every point. State employment services people are understaffed and don't have time to wade through flowery rambling.

How would you deal with conflict in the workplace? with co-worker, boss, customer?
With a panel of 3 supervisors, I interviewed for the position of Eligibility Technician. They asked pretty common questions, and we discussed what the position would require. They asked how my prior work experience has prepared me for the position, and they type of person they were looking for to fill the open position.
