Interview process was pretty straight forward. Took 2 weeks for a call back, which is a good turn around time. Manager called directly to setup and interview. The interview panel was three department heads, which asked questions round robin.

Interview was a panel interview with 3 managers. Scenario questions and "tell us about a time when a project was unsuccessful and why." "Tell us about a project you worked on that was successful and why." Be prepared with your history and experience.

Interview
Internal hiring process, no outside candidates. Interview panel professional but open and friendly. Structured questions; however, panel does not ask for any clarification of answers, so it is advisable to be prepared with multiple answers that are very detailed, clear and complete. You will not get a chance to know if you answered question completely. Avoid cliche answers, even if you are asked stock interview questions.
